Recruiting through the Quebec Agricultural Worker stream
Prime Grower Farms recruits temporary foreign workers from Africa, Asia, Latin America and other parts of the world through the Quebec Agricultural Worker stream of Canada's Temporary Foreign Worker Program. This program allows Canadian farms to hire international workers for seasonal, on-farm positions when local labour is not available.
Our recruitment is coordinated in partnership with authorized foreign recruitment agencies and government-approved channels. Every worker who joins our farm arrives with proper documentation, a signed employment contract, and the full protection of Canadian and Quebec labour law.
What we provide
Fair, contracted wages
Hourly wages set to or above the prevailing Quebec agricultural rate, paid on schedule.
Safe on-farm housing
Clean, inspected accommodation provided on or near the farm at no cost to the worker.
Transport & arrival support
We coordinate travel to Quebec and pick workers up on arrival.
Health coverage
Enrolment in Quebec's health coverage for temporary agricultural workers.
Training & PPE
Full on-farm training, protective equipment, and supervision from experienced crew leads.
Respect & community

Who we hire
We hire men and women 18 years and older who are physically able to perform outdoor farm work — planting, weeding, harvesting, and packing fruits and vegetables. Prior farm experience is welcome but not required; a strong work ethic and reliability are what matter most.
Positions run through the Quebec growing season, typically from spring planting through fall harvest, with the possibility to return in future seasons.
